At VIVE Profit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe is as effortless as your personal style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VIVE Profit account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
